In order for the product to be returned, make sure that:

The goods are in the original packaging
Delivery of goods is carried out according to your specifications or clearly personalized.
Supply of non-returnable goods, such as perishable goods or expired goods.
Delivery of goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons and were printed after delivery.
Supply of goods which, after delivery, are by their nature inseparably mixed with other goods.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse to return any goods that do not meet the above return conditions.
There is no refund for the purchased goods, as this is a social project aimed at helping, only the replacement of goods of improper quality.
All the returned goods are subject to 25% restocking fee .

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and then sent to you directly, you will receive a gift credit for the amount returned. Upon receipt of the returned goods, you will be sent a gift certificate.
